5 ways to marinate chicken breasts

Today’s post is for those who save their time and monitor food quality. If you don’t have a lot of time to cook and eat on the go, it’s not for you, then here’s the way out: make your preparations.

Everyone knows that chicken breast is one of the best dietary sources of protein. It’s what we need! That’s what we’re gonna get for the week ahead. I want to offer you five different ways to marinate chicken breasts. Boob meat isn’t the juiciest, but the marinade is the best way to deal with it.

I use sealed bags to store my workpieces – for me, this is the best and most convenient way to do it today, although it may not be the most environmentally friendly. Marinade chicken breasts and store them in the freezer. A few hours before cooking, take your breasts out of the freezer, let them thaw completely and then cook them. As for me, I cook my husband’s chicken breasts for lunch with side dishes (they can be steamed vegetables, quinoa or buckwheat), so I leave them to defrost overnight and bake them in the morning. This is very convenient!

The baking time depends on the size of the chicken breast. If the breast is not very large, at 180 – 200 g 18 – 20 minutes is enough, if the breast is large, then 25 – 28 minutes at the same temperature.

Do not rush to cut the breast after you take it out of the oven. Cover with foil and let the meat “rest” for 10 minutes. You get the perfect chicken breast: tender, juicy and fragrant!
